Hekate Her Sacred Fires: My Event Altars from 2010 – 2013

Having contributed to Hekate: Her Sacred Fires book (article: Illuminating the Path – http://avaloniabooks.co.uk/catalogue/paganism/hekate-her-sacred-fires/)  I took part in the first Hekate: Her Sacred Fires ritual in 2010 (http://hekatecovenant.com/rite-of-her-sacred-fires/) and have been hosting public events here in Melbourne, Australia ever since.

I am one of the founding members of the Covenant of Hekate which was born from the Hekate: Her Sacred Rites ritual, and I was also one of the first torchbearers who in turn opened  an official sanctuary through the covenant called The Sanctuary of Hekate’s Crossroads (https://www.facebook.com/groups/thesanctuaryofhekatescrossroads/).

Here are the shrines I have worked with for Hekate: Her Sacred Fires with respects to the event as Hekate’s priestess over the years:

  1. Love the altars, wow. If I were to read one book on Goddesses, what would you recommend? What is the book that will begat all others?

    • Thank you 😀

What Goddesses in particular as in do you have one you want to focus on or a specific tradition as there are a few I could recommend depending on what you want to focus on?

      • I’m not familiar enough to say but I like powerful women, women that know how to kick butt. Got any Goddesses like that?

  2. There are quite a few who fit within that realm….so I would personally do some research on some traditions and see what Goddesses call to you and then dig deeper after that 😉
